An incredible 2D spaceship game, which mixes elements of two classics of the genre: Gradius and R-Type.
G-Type is a magnificent spaceship game which all types of users will like, whether you are fans of the 2D alien-killing genre or not. Its big virtue is that it isn't about killing enless hordes of aliens, but doing many tasks. Fly over enemy bases, collect items to increase the power of your ship, and avoid asteroids while you kill aliens.
The gaming style of G-Type is very similar to the classic R-Type, incorporating some elements of another great classic: Gradius. The graphics, the music and the sound effects will also remind you of these two games, and the difficulty level is really well adjusted, starting off easy and getting really complex in the end.
G-Type has five levels, each of them really long, and the difficulty level gets progressively harder. The truth is that it's hard to find something wrong with G-Type, as it won't let you down when you play it. And totally for free!
